Customer service / Support service

Tuonetti has a centralised customer service department, which is responsible for all support requests. Customer support can be reached by email at [email protected].

We do not have an on-call telephone service at all. The call centre is only available for certain types of customers where it is specifically mentioned. However, it is possible to book a call through our customer service.

We currently support a number of different chat options and it is possible to activate them through our customer service. We support the following chat services:

  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Chat
  • Facebook Messenger
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram

Through chat services, messages are responded to with the same activity as emails, the purpose of chat services is only to facilitate a momentary quicker turnaround.
