We do! We charge 60€/h +24% (normally 80€/h +24%) for content changes for customers with our Maintenance Basic service and 45€/h +24% for customers with our Maintenance Plus service. Content changes do not include technical changes, these must be agreed with Customer Service separately. Content changes are the replacement of texts and images on the website.
The customer is responsible for any monthly or annual charges for the add-ons and for ensuring that the licence codes are correctly activated on the website. These plugins will be updated by as normal with other plugins. If the update of an add-on fails due to incorrect license information, the customer will be notified.
Please send an email with any necessary changes to [email protected]. Our system automatically identifies our customers on maintenance and generates a high priority support request for them. Changes will be made as soon as possible. On average, same day.
In order to maintain your website, we need a username with administrator rights for your WordPress website. The user does not have to be the same as the one you use. We will install our maintenance plugin on your website, which will allow you to manage your website remotely. This add-on will appear in your WordPress plugin as "Tuonetti | WordPress Administration".
Tuonetti accepts no responsibility for any site crash or lost revenue due to the update that caused the problem. Plugins, themes and other software on the site that are not developed by Tuonetti may break the site, and Tuonetti has no way of ensuring that updates are compatible with the site. Such problems are rare and Tuonetti will assist to the best of its ability in restoring the site to working order should a problem arise. Restoring a backup copy is standard operating procedure in the event of a problem.
